R = Running Technique
"High knees" and "pump your arms" are coaching cues we don't use... *cringe...
95% of the injures we treat are from poor running technique.
E = Endurance
Adding 10% each week is the quickest way to get injured. We'll teach you how to increase distance safely and keep your speed.
You will be the master of your own training program.
I = Increase Speed
To get faster, you have to train faster. Thowing heavy weights around in the gym does not translate well to speed on the track or field.
C = Competition
There are 3 types of goals we help with the most.
1. You want to better someone else at a certain event.
2. You want to better your own goals (time or distance).
3. You want to better a record at an event.
All valid and measured competition is healthy!
