AGES FROM 9+ YEARS ONWARDS

From the ages of 9 years onward, The Reich Method caters for the beginner (no idea, never run) to World level (open and masters).

“Run Club” has evolved over the years to now having approximately 80% of members are from team sports like football, soccer, netball and hockey to name a few. They are all wanting to be the first pick and on the field playing and off the bench. If you’re fast, you’re on the pitch.

Dr Sheila came to The Reich Method® 8 months after knee surgery. In 12 months she achieved her world ranking.

RICK JACKSON

Qld Masters Record (2021): 2km M55 
Rick arrived at Run Club fresh from a 30 year break from running. Within 18 months of training with The Reich Method®, he was able to break the long standing state record for 2km.

Back in the day, his fastest time in the 400m was 54 seconds in 1979. Rick is the assistant coach at Run Club.

What a cracker of a race! In this international race, it came to line with the runner from India. Just tenths of a second gave Kyle the medal.

Kyle has been an active member of Run Club and The Reich Method® principles for a few years now.

RUN CLUB AND SPECIAL EVENTS

QLD STATE SCHOOL TIME TABLE*
DAYS: Tuesday and Thursday
TIMES: 6am to 7am
VENUE: O’Quinn Oval | Corner of O’Quinn St and Fifth Ave, Toowoomba, Qld, 4350
COST: $5 per person, per session
WHO: Anyone over 9 years of age | Yes, this means adults, master’s athletes, returning from having babies / injury / surgery and training for any distance.

WHAT YOU’LL GET: All sessions are 100% structured around THE REICH METHOD. This is currently the only run session where you’ll have access to Dr Renea Reich and her teachings. Sessions are instructional, memorable and fun. All levels of fitness and ability are welcome. Everyone “starts from scratch”.

*Any additional sessions outside of Qld state school timetables will be advertised inside the private Facebook group. You will have access to this group after signing up. You need the code word to enter the group.

ANY CHANGES TO TIMES AND DATES DUE TO INCLEMENT WEATHER OR OTHER REASONS ARE ADVERTISED IN THE PRIVATE FACEBOOK GROUP.
