Rick arrived at Run Club fresh from a 30 year break from running. Within 18 months of training with The Reich Method®, he was able to break the long standing state record for 2km.
Back in the day, his fastest time in the 400m was 54 seconds in 1979. Rick is the assistant coach at Run Club.

R = Running Technique
"High knees" and "pump your arms" are coaching cues we don't use... *cringe...
95% of the injures we treat are from poor running technique.

E = Endurance
Adding 10% each week is the quickest way to get injured. We'll teach you how to increase distance safely and keep your speed.
You will be the master of your own training program.

I = Increase Speed
To get faster, you have to train faster. Thowing heavy weights around in the gym does not translate well to speed on the track or field.

C = Competition
There are 3 types of goals we help with the most.
1. You want to better someone else at a certain event.
2. You want to better your own goals (time or distance).
3. You want to better a record at an event.
All valid and measured competition is healthy!

H = Health
Yes! We're the experts (says us) in the rehabilitation game. We actually want to see you out of our clinics and on the track (or work and hobbies).

DAYS: Tuesday and Thursday
TIMES: 6am to 7am
VENUE: O’Quinn Oval | Corner of O’Quinn St and Fifth Ave, Toowoomba, Qld, 4350
COST: $5 per person, per session
WHO: Anyone over 9 years of age | Yes, this means adults, master’s athletes, returning from having babies / injury / surgery and training for any distance.
WHAT YOU’LL GET: All sessions are 100% structured around THE REICH METHOD. This is currently the only run session where you’ll have access to Dr Renea Reich and her teachings. Sessions are instructional, memorable and fun. All levels of fitness and ability are welcome. Everyone “starts from scratch”.
*Any additional sessions outside of Qld state school timetables will be advertised inside the private Facebook group. You will have access to this group after signing up.
ALL RUNNERS MUST SIGN UP BEFORE ATTENDING.
